Your health is our number one priority so we’ve redesigned our clinics and safety protocols to keep you and our team safe.
Personal Protective Equipment
Our Practitioners will continue to wear masks when with patients. Patients have the choice to wear a mask or not.
Patients do not wash their hands upon entry, there is hand sanitizer available upon entry.
Therapist's clothing will be changed following each shift to decrease the risk of contamination outside the facility. Patients are expected to be wearing treatment-ready clothes for their appointment.
Physical Distancing Procedures
Treatment beds will be alternated to avoid patient overlap and allow sufficient time for sanitization.
The clinic doors are open and patients are welcome to wait in our waiting area.
There will be limited use of the gym space and equipment in order to minimize risk of contamination.

Although Online Video Treatments aren’t a new service, it may be new to you. And you may have some concerns or questions that need to be answered before you start treatment. Consider our video consult where you will get all of your questions answered by one of our caring practitioner.

You will want comfortable or loose clothing, such as athletic wear, that allows for comfortable movement. Also bring your insurance information so we can check your coverage.

The number of treatments required depends on your conditions and severity of injury. You will know your care plan on day 1.
