Chiropractic at Cascade involves a large range of manual therapy techniques, education, and rehabilitation exercise to help our clients move and feel better. We aim to break the mold of a ‘quick chiropractic adjustment’ treatment, focusing instead on optimizing our clients rehabilitation with a variety of available treatment techniques.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy at Cascade aims to restore optimal function and movement for our clients experiencing dysfunction or pain. Clients can expect to have a thorough assessment identifying the source of one’s dysfunction or pain. All Physiotherapists at Cascade will then work alongside the client in planning an individualized treatment plan consisting of manual therapy techniques and specific exercises to restore movement quality, strength and overall function.
Registered Massage Therapy
All of our massage therapists at Cascade aspire to help patients reduce pain and improve movement through treating a wide range of soft tissues including muscle, connective tissue, tendon and joint. Our massage therapies aim to offer the highest quality one-on-one experience, offering 45 to 60 minute massage therapy sessions.
Kinesiology
Kinesiologists are an integral part of the Cascade team, encouraging patients to become stronger and more mobile in a way that is safe and unique to each person. Our Kinesiologists are able to design a specific exercise program unique to each individual to help create long lasting results that allows patients to get back to the activities they love to do.
