Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps improve movement, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical health through targeted exercises and treatments. With personalized care, physiotherapists assess and address conditions such as sports injuries, back pain, joint disorders, and post-surgery recovery. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition, physiotherapy plays a vital role in restoring function and promoting mobility. With a focus on improving strength, flexibility, and posture, physiotherapy not only relieves discomfort but also prevents future injuries. Trust a skilled physiotherapist to create a customized treatment plan that suits your needs and helps you achieve optimal health and well-being.

Sports Injuries
Sports injuries can occur during physical activities and can range from sprains and strains to fractures and dislocations. Timely diagnosis and treatment are crucial for a full recovery. Physiotherapy for sports injuries focuses on reducing pain, improving mobility, and restoring strength to affected areas. A tailored treatment plan, including stretches, strengthening exercises, and manual therapy, helps speed up recovery and prevent future injuries. Whether you’re an athlete or a weekend warrior, seeking professional care for sports injuries ensures you return to your activities stronger and with less risk of re-injury. Get the expert care you need to stay active and healthy.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient healing technique that involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the body to stimulate energy flow and promote natural healing. It is used to treat various conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, stress, and digestive issues. By balancing the body’s energy, acupuncture helps reduce pain, improve circulation, and enhance overall well-being. This non-invasive treatment can be a natural alternative or complement to traditional medicine. Whether you’re seeking relief from physical discomfort or looking to improve your overall health, acupuncture offers a holistic approach to healing and wellness.

Pre & Post Surgery
Pre and post-surgery care plays a crucial role in recovery and rehabilitation. Before surgery, physiotherapy can help strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and reduce the risk of complications. After surgery, targeted rehabilitation accelerates recovery, reduces pain, and restores function. Specialized exercises and techniques enhance mobility, prevent stiffness, and promote healing. Whether you’re preparing for a joint replacement, spinal surgery, or soft tissue procedure, personalized care ensures a smoother recovery process. Trust skilled physiotherapists to guide you through both stages, helping you regain strength, mobility, and independence as quickly and safely as possible after surgery.

Concussion Management
Concussion management focuses on the safe recovery of individuals who have sustained a head injury. Proper care and rehabilitation are essential for reducing symptoms and preventing long-term complications. Physiotherapists use a combination of physical, cognitive, and balance exercises to aid in recovery and ensure a gradual return to daily activities. Symptoms such as headaches, dizziness, and sensitivity to light are addressed with personalized treatment plans. Early intervention and monitoring can reduce the risk of further injury and improve outcomes. With expert concussion management, individuals can recover safely and return to their normal routines without lingering effects.

Laser Therapy
Laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses focused light to stimulate healing, reduce pain, and improve tissue repair. It is commonly used for managing chronic pain, inflammation, and injuries such as sprains, strains, and arthritis. The laser’s energy penetrates the skin to promote cellular regeneration, enhance circulation, and accelerate recovery. Laser therapy is safe, painless, and effective for reducing swelling, improving mobility, and easing discomfort without the need for medications or surgery. Ideal for both acute and chronic conditions, it offers a modern approach to healing, providing fast and long-lasting relief from pain and injury.

I saw Clara for the second half of my pregnancy to deal with some hip, low back and pelvic discomfort and could not recommend her more! She recommended exercises and treatment, and I noticed a major improvement following her suggestions. The admin staff are lovely, friendly and very welcoming. Jamie Easter is fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest! I had an ankle surgery five months ago. I was going to another physio therapist in Sarnia and getting absolutely NO results in the way of improvement. My surgeon, (from London) did next to nothing to advise me on how to improve my condition. So, I booked an appointment with Jamie at "Crossworks." Very quickly, Jamie was able to source the problem for my continued issues. Through a deliberate and informed evaluation, Jamie was able to determine that I had a partially torn Achilles tendon. She explained EXACTLY what steps needed to be done to address this concern. I was in an aircast the following day. Jamie even took the time after our session to send me an email explaining who I needed to see at the ER and detailed out all her findings. I am far from back to regular activities, a long way to go, but had I not switched to Jamie, who knows how much further damage I could have done to my Achilles Tendon. I will be working through this with Jamie, and I recommend you do the same if you are in need of a physio therapist.
