Taping and bracing are effective techniques used to support and stabilize joints, muscles, and ligaments during recovery or physical activity. Taping involves applying adhesive strips to the skin to reduce pain, prevent injury, and promote proper movement patterns. Bracing, on the other hand, offers more rigid support to immobilize an injured area or reduce strain. Both methods are commonly used in sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and post-injury recovery. Whether for chronic conditions, acute injuries, or to enhance athletic performance, taping and bracing provide practical solutions to support healing, reduce discomfort, and improve functional movement.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy is a specialized treatment that focuses on strengthening and rehabilitating the muscles of the pelvic floor, which support the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs.
