For over 40 years, I have served the residents and people working in Downtown San Diego through my practice at Garrett Downtown Chiropractic. Much of my work has been referral-based, built on long-standing relationships and consistent, hands-on care.
My focus is helping people move better, reduce pain, and maintain their health, whether they are managing daily work demands, recovering from injury, or seeking to stay active as they age.
My care is rooted in Sports Kinesiology, which looks at how the body functions as a whole. Pain and injury often occur when muscles, joints, and the nervous system are no longer working together efficiently. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I emphasize restoring balance, coordination, and proper movement patterns.
