About Laura Yedwab – Your Local Feldenkrais Practitioner
I am a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner (GCFP) and would be delighted to help you move better, have less pain through Feldenkrais methods, and improve the quality of your life.
I discovered the Feldenkrais Method® when repeated injuries to my hamstring prevented me from playing racquetball. By using the Feldenkrais Method in Seattle, I learned to move without putting unnecessary stress on my hamstrings. I was thrilled. I loved improving and refining my movements. As my movements improved, my zest for life increased.
