Everything was going well, I saw a massage therapist. I wanted to continue. The booking person made that impossible. She made appointments without talking to me, switched massage therapist and wants me to pay for missing appointments I didn't make.Too difficult to deal with the person making appointments.

shortly before xmas i had booked a massage at juniper health it was a specialty massage for sports injury where the rmt had to have over 1000 hours to offer and be certified unfortunately they had to cancel my appointment and had no one who could offer such massage. i then started calling around and when i spoke to ykpt they said we have some one who would be perfect for that so in my mind i thought i was getting some sort of injury massage. when i arrived every thing was great the rmt was very polite and said he wanted to run some tests before we started and i just thought ok maybe they help find out witch mussels to massage. test after test goes by and i start thinking to my self this has taken most of the appointment this is going to me a short massage. then after the tests were done it had been about 45 mins at this point i was told we weren't going to have time for any massage today. that's when i visibly was upset and i said this is not what i asked for i called to book a massage not a physio appointment . i will thank them for this cause he responded with ill give you a half our massage free on the house tomorrow. so i went and reluctantly paid the 130 dollars that i couldn't afford to spend . i returned the next day and all i can say is it didn't help it felt like it was over just as it was starting to do any thing . so morale of this story is if you book a appointment with them be very upfront with them what your looking for and confirm what your getting cause i told them exactly what i wanted and some how got a physio appointment with out being told that's what i was getting .

He was knowledgeable , educational and explained everything in a way that was very easy to understand .
