I've been seeing Kathryn (Welly) Hanenberg for massage therapy multiple times, and I can confidently say she's a true professional. She listens carefully to any complaints, requests, and preferences, and always asks thoughtful questions before each session to make sure she focuses on the right problem areas — so you walk out with exactly what you needed. The atmosphere in her treatment room is fantastic. The music is relaxing, the vibe is calm, and time honestly flies by. Welly applies just the right amount of pressure and works through every muscle methodically, never missing a detail. The relief and lightness afterwards is immediate. On top of that, she always finishes the session with personalized recommendations on what to do afterwards to make the results last longer. Highly recommend.

After undergoing knee replacement surgery, I was nervous about the recovery process, but working with Jordan and Chris soon put that to rest. Their care and guidance with exercise and questions through the whole process was fantastic .From day one, they encouraged me and the pep talks helped me get through the recovery process. I attended Waterview last year for a period of 8 months for a workplace injury, I had a phenomenal experience. Everything from the building and atmosphere to all the staff are amazing. Always greeted by name from the front staff, who are amazing with paperwork and scheduling appointments. I was fortunate enough to be treated by multiple therapists during my time there, all of which are dedicated, knowledgeable and personable. A special shout out to Praja (really hope I spelled that correctly, apologies if not) and Kyle! Incredible people who really took the time and care to listen to me and work with me to help me reduce my pain, gain my strength and maintain these goals! We are new to Grimsby and we had to find new health practitioners. We are so grateful to have found the "one stop shop" that Waterview Physiotherapy and Health Centre" offers. I had been experiencing pain in my right knee and had been trying to ignore it until the soreness was not manageable any longer. A huge thank you goes out to Aman, Joe and Rebecca for helping me to feel better. Aman and Joe are the most fantastic Physio Team. They were quickly able to identify the cause of my pain with consultation, treatment, and aids such as braces and compression socks. This team is very knowledgeable and professional. Vikas and Aman are very caring, hardworking, and skilled physiotherapists. Rebecca is a phenomenal massage therapist; I have seen many in my lifetime and she is by far one of the best.
