Therapist Julia resolved my issues. It was really a group effort names like salmon Dr. Zizmore and more. My psychiatrist is a genuine..well I won't ramble but it's amazing to witness mental issues in the middle of resolution let alone experience. All I can say is the more genuine effort you put in like with ms Julia the more you get back. Know this mental issues aren't a one visit thing. Good luck

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is egregiously bad. For all appointments, information, and services, you have to go through their absolutely atrocious answering service. NOTE - this answering service covers ALL of their offices in the state. If you want to reach your provider by email, they have a super helpful "info@" contact for you. Or they'll give you the number for their manager, who answers the phone with "what?", doesn't name himself, his position, and is utterly useless. I had TWO appointments, and several calls between Monday and Wednesday to get a simple doctors note. A week later, still no note. Had another appointment today 10am; doctor was a no show and they asked if I could reschedule for 11:45am today - fine. AN HOUR WAITING - no doctor, no response but you can bet your life they collect $ up front KNOWING HE WAS NOT IN!!!! Every appointment is another $$$$, nd you will get zero help on what you need - just more appointments for them to tell you they're waiting or it's your insurance, when THEY won't fill out any forms or have any idea on how anything works. STAY AWAY - There's a reason they have so many appointments available. I wish I had read more of these reviews earlier.

Had an appointment scheduled to meet with primary care provider and waited an hour to be seen after arriving on time. The PCP was not helpful and asked very little questions but continuously asked if I wanted medication. I felt rushed and not listened to, I will not be going back

Vital Total Health has been handling my pain for two years now, consistently delivering excellent care at the hands of Margaret, Hannah, Sage, Sarah and Dr. Greer. Their trigger point injections and physical therapy have helped ease neck pain that has flared during a recent move. Most critically Margaret came to my rescue about a year ago when my disability insurer required a status update. I am deeply indebted to Vital Total Health for helping me out. The only area that could use improvement is the phone system, which seems to be an offshore call center. It would be so much better if I could just call the front desk directly if needed. All in all though I’ve had a five out of five star experience here. I feel refreshed and invigorated after each appointment. They are excellent as well at managing my meds and handling Medicare-required paperwork. Thanks so much to everyone involved in my care!

Wow! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My brother just had his appt with Dr. Greer and I was on the phone for the appt since I live in Southern CA. I simply asked "how do I reach this office? I have tried to call and reach someone in the office many times but I can never reach someone in the Walnut Creek office." He IMMEDIATELY started yelling and screaming at the top of his lungs and telling me that we were having a monologue and not a diologue, so I just needed to shut up and listen. When I finally had enough of him yelling and screaming at the top of his lungs at my brother, who is disabled with Cerebral Palsy, and I started yelling so I could get a word in, he said he would no longer treat my brother. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! He is a quack!!!! I will be reporting him to the medical board!
