Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that aims to promote, restore, and maintain physical function, mobility, and quality of life in individuals with injury, illness, or disability. Physiotherapists use a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular systems. They work with individuals of all ages and abilities, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery. Physiotherapy can help individuals manage pain, improve mobility and strength, prevent injury, and optimize physical function and performance.

Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is a type of therapeutic massage that involves hands-on manipulation of soft tissues, such as muscles, ligaments, and tendons, to alleviate pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. RMT is performed by trained and licensed massage therapists who use a variety of techniques and pressures to address specific health conditions or injuries.

Chiropractic
Chiropractic is a healthcare discipline that diagnoses and treats musculoskeletal disorders, primarily focusing on issues related to the spine. Chiropractors use manual adjustments and other non-invasive techniques to realign the body’s musculoskeletal structure, aiming to reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. The core principle behind chiropractic care is the belief in the body’s inherent ability to heal itself, and by correcting misalignments or subluxations, chiropractors seek to facilitate the body’s natural healing processes.
Running Programs
RMT is often used as a complementary therapy for people with chronic pain, stress-related disorders, sports injuries, and other conditions. Massage therapy can help reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility and range of motion, and promote overall well-being.
Sports Injuries
Physiotherapy can help with running by assessing the individual’s biomechanics and addressing any imbalances or weaknesses that may be contributing to pain or injury. A physiotherapist can help develop an individualized treatment plan that may include exercises to improve strength and flexibility, manual therapy to address any joint restrictions, and gait retraining to improve running mechanics. By addressing these underlying issues, a physiotherapist can help reduce the risk of injury, improve performance, and help individuals meet their running goals.
Pre/Post Surgery Care
Physiotherapy for sports injuries aims to reduce pain and swelling, improve mobility, and help the injured athlete return to their pre-injury level of performance as soon as possible.

Reviews
The staff at Trinity Physio is welcoming, professional, and friendly. Andrew is very attentive, and genuinely invested in my recovery and long-term healing of my back after two major spine surgeries including spinal fusion . He takes the time to listen, explain treatments clearly, and create a personalized plan focused on achieving the best results for me. Andrew's caring approach and dedication makes me feel supported throughout my healing process.

I had a great experience with Andrew for the past 6 months treating my rotator cuff and I plan to go back. Andrew is a delight to talk to and I always felt immediate relief after each visit. I saw steady progress. He gave me exercises that were easy to incorporate into my daily routine and I saw significant improvement in my range of motion.

I was struggling with Achilles tendonitis when I reached out to Andrew at Trinity Physio. At the same I mentioned how sore my knees were (I am 72). Andrew was very helpful in guiding me how to get back to normal, (masssge & exercises specifically geared to those problem areas). I am very appreciative of his expertise and guidance. The support staff were awesome and I would highly recommend Trinity Physio for anyone needing Physiotherapy.

I went in to see Andrew for a new acute knee pain. Not only was he able to pinpoint the issue exactly, he also helped me understand the underlying problem and become pain free in less sessions than originally planned. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, he has excellent bedside manner and is a lovely person. The receptionist is also very friendly and helpful. The direct insurance billing is an appreciated bonus. Would definitely recommend Trinity for all your physio needs!

This office is run like a well oiled machine. Reception is super friendly, helpful and everyone respects time constraints. Andrew has been excellent. His kind, warm attitude and approach throughout my recovery has been especially helpful. This is literally a “Hands On” operation as compared to being hooked to a machine, which is my preference. I would certainly recommend this Physio Clinic to anyone.
