This depends on the treatment you request. Typically Acupuncture is 40 – 50 minutes, Osteopathy is 60 minutes, Massage therapy can be 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Nutrition can be 30 minutes – 1 hour. Kinesiology is 45 minutes.
You will want comfortable or loose clothing, such as athletic wear, that allows for comfortable movement. Also bring your insurance information so we can check your coverage.
