Stride Massage Therapy

I went in feeling really tired and dealing with body fatigue, and Takara truly helped me feel better. She was gentle but effective, The pressure was perfect and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I felt relaxed and refreshed after the session. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely be back!

Had my first ever facial massage and loved it! Super clean and relaxing space. Jessica was so great and attentive, really made me feel welcome and comfortable. I also really appreciate that she walked me through everything first and showed me the products she was going to use. Would definitely go again. :)

I’ve had two massage therapy sessions with Takara over the past couple of weeks—an upper-body massage for my first visit and a full-body relaxation massage for my second. I rarely leave a review after just one massage, as I find it often takes a session for a therapist to get to know you and your preferences, and for you to get a feel for their approach. By my second session, I simply asked for a full-body massage with moderate pressure, and Takara knew exactly what to do. She did an amazing job! I felt like I was in heaven afterward—so relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Takara is very skilled, attentive, and kind, and she creates such a warm and welcoming experience. I’ve already booked more sessions with her over the coming months and am really looking forward to them. Highly recommend!
