Your appointment is typically 15 minutes, but it may vary for each individual, depending on what you and the therapist need to talk about.
Wear comfortable or loose clothing, such as athletic wear, that allows you to move easily. Also bring your insurance information to help us with direct billing. And bring your calendar, to help you and your therapist plan your treatment program.
