Restore Rehabilitation & Wellness is an independently operated clinic serving Surrey since 2017. From one South Surrey/Panorama location, its practitioners provide rehabilitation, movement, mental-health, and wellness services within their own professional scopes.
Patients can access several disciplines in one clinic and, with consent, practitioners can communicate when coordination is clinically appropriate. Each practitioner still performs an independent assessment, explains options and risks, and determines whether their service fits the patient’s needs. Being seen by one discipline does not automatically require, qualify a patient for, or guarantee results from another.

What do I need to bring with me?
You will want comfortable or loose clothing, such as athletic wear, that allows for comfortable movement. Also bring your insurance information so we can check your coverage.
How many treatments do I need?
Your caring therapists will put together a personalized care plan if you’re a good candidate for treatment to get back to doing what you love. The number of treatments required depends on your conditions and severity of injury. You will know your care plan on day 1.
