Your health is our number one priority so we’ve redesigned our clinics and safety protocols to keep you and our team safe.
Personal Protective Equipment
We require medical grade masks for all clients. We will supply one for them if they don't have one themselves.
Therapists will wash their hands after each patient treatment session. Gloves will be worn as a necessary for hands-on therapy. Patients will be directed to the clinic hand-washing station upon entering.
Therapist's clothing will be changed following each shift to decrease the risk of contamination outside the facility. Patients are expected to be wearing treatment-ready clothes for their appointment.

Although Online Video Treatments aren’t a new service, it may be new to you. And you may have some concerns or questions that need to be answered before you start treatment. Consider our video consult where you will get all of your questions answered by one of our caring physiotherapist

Your initial assessment/treatment is typically 55 minute, but may vary based on an individual basis.
You will want comfortable or loose clothing, such as athletic wear, that allows for comfortable movement. Also bring your insurance information so we can check your coverage.
Your caring physiotherapist will put together a personalized care plan if you’re a good candidate for treatment to get back to doing what you love… pain-free.
The number of treatments required depends on your conditions and severity of injury. You will know your care plan on day 1.
