I really enjoyed my time here. I primarily worked with Christian, Quinten, and Ethan but everyone was so kind. Not only are the staff attentive and supportive ensuring proper form for your exercises, but they really take the time to get to know you on a personal level. The clinic was extremely clean and it was never over crowded. Front office staff (Trina!) made scheduling incredibly simple and they were very easy to communicate with. I always felt heard, cared for, and that my safety and growth was their top priority. I highly recommend the tpc location.

I did PT at Promotion following a labrum procedure on my shoulder and had a fantastic experience at the Stone Oak location. Staff was very knowledgeable and I received fantastic care. I'd highly recommend Promotion. Danielle was my primary PT and she was awesome.

I highly recommend Promotion Physical Therapy Stone Oak. I have a C5 - C6 pinched nerve causing extreme/ debilitating pain in my neck, left shoulder, arm, and hand accompanied with numbness in some of the fingers in my left hand. I also experienced weakness in my left arm and chest. If physical therapy did not work I was faced with a epidural steroid injection in my neck or anterior cervical disc fusion. My physical therapist Isaac (Dr. Mercado), came up with a plan and after a few months working with Isaac, my symptoms slowly subsided and the pain decreased. The numbness went away over time and my strength is slowly returning. Dr. Mercado is an outstanding physical therapist and his knowledge enables him to customize a program to your specific physical needs to optimize a speedy recovery. Everyone at this location from the front desk personnel to the physical therapist assistants and the physical therapist are all knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and set you up for a successful recovery. I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

Big thank you to Dr. Christian Esquivel and his assistants (Ale, Gabby, and Quinton) for helping me recover from an extremely painful IT band injury. Dr. C is methodical in his approach and created a personalized regimen tailored to my needs at each appointment after thoroughly assessing me. Every session was customized, and he consistently took my training schedule and upcoming races into consideration when planning my workouts and at-home exercises. Dr. C is meticulous when it comes to exercise form. He and his assistants take the time to demonstrate each movement, carefully observe performance, and quickly correct any form that could induce injury, slow recovery, or fail to target the intended muscle. With their help, I was able to successfully run two half marathons pain-free, one month apart. The entire staff, from the front desk to the assistants and doctors, were professional, supportive, friendly, and fun. I am truly grateful for their help and highly recommend Dr. C and the team at Promotion Physical Therapy.
