Promotion PT apparently has more than enough customers, because scheduling consistent appointments is nearly impossible. On top of that, they canceled my appointment without giving any notice, and then blamed me for the cancellation. Very disappointing experience and lack of accountability.

What do I need to bring with me?
You will want comfortable or loose clothing, such as athletic wear, that allows for comfortable movement. Also bring your insurance information so we can check your coverage.
How many treatments do I need?
If you are a good candidate for treatment, your caring therapist will put together a personalized care plan so get back to doing what you love… pain-free. The number of treatments required depends on your conditions and severity of your injury. You will know your care plan on day 1.
