Our Alexandria Office is conveniently located off the I-395/Seminary Road exit. It is a very spacious office in the main medical building in the area and fully equipped with the latest equipment and very knowledgeable staff. Free parking is provided for the patients.

My experience at the Alliance Physical Therapy was wonderful. Ms. Remy, Miss Jackie, Mr. Josh and the wonderful receptionists Miss Allison and Miss Vanessa at the front desk both of them excellent and professional. They are very professional but yet they make you feel so welcoming and that's important. When you going through pain and they make you feel comfortable and welcoming. They make you feel like you're the only one in the room that they're going to make you feel better that's their goal. Just let me say everyone was awesome in the office and in their work. Excellent team they worked well with each other and with me. When I was hurting they will Coach you, but yet they will say be easy don't push yourself. Everything was awesome I didn't want to stop going to therapy but I knew my time was up. When you have good people and they are professional and caring and helping you FEEL BETTER. I think it's more going to see them than it is you going to get your physical therapy some time after your 4 or 5 weeks. 😆 If I had to go back to another physical therapy Alliance will be the one I will be going to.
