I have really appreciated my time working with Ki to rehab my achilles after a rupture in April 2025. Ki is very well organized, extremely professional, and very knowledgable. He is clearly skilled at what he does and also seems to genuinely enjoy his job which you can appreciate by his welcoming nature and ability to be present in the moment with you during the sessions. Over the last 11 months, he has done a combination of massage therapy and exercises at my sessions. I went from total rupture to now running, hiking, climbing, and exercising again with Ki’s help! Ki is also thoughtful about tendinitis prevention in the rehab process which I have appreciated - I have almost no pain in the achilles with exercise. I think the thing that makes Ki stand out though compared to other PTs I have worked with in the past is his ability to connect with his patients in a very supportive, genuine way. I experienced other health complications after my achilles rupture that complicated/prolonged my PT course - Ki had the emotionally maturity and skillset to understand how these complications would affect my course and adjusted my achilles recovery to account for it. In quite a challenging season of my life, during each session Ki has always met me with empathy and a calming and supportive energy. The achilles recovery is long and mentally challenging - you really need someone who will help mentally prepare/coach you and motivate you without shaming, which Ki does beautifully (a feat that takes well developed and thoughtful communication skills). I even ran into one of his now longitudinal patients in the parking lot who had also had her achilles rupture rehab with Ki - we were both talking about how Ki is the best, and for that reason this client continues to work with Ki even after her recovery for other PT needs. That’s how you know you are in the right hands!

Working with Dr. Ki has been amazing in my rehab. I had a herniated disc which caused several issues with my lower back. Working with Opus physio, I was able to get personalized 1-1 PT that helped me get back on track. It did not feel like cookie cutter prescription or some type of random PT exercises you find on YouTube. Everything I did was custom and working with Ki made the biggest difference. I highly recommend this business

I reached out to Ki by phone about Six months ago— On a friends recommendation. Yes, helped me a lot and I feel much better. Able to manage my back pain and strength training safely. I’d been having trouble Avoiding injury on heavier lifts. In particular, I was facing an acute lower back issue in my dead lift and squat. I wanted a professional review of my form and the opportunity to reevaluate my overall posture and fitness regimen. As we fixed my form on squats and deadlifts and rebuilt my chain, I also asked Ki For help with other chronic back pain due to years of working on computers and sitting in car seats and in airplanes. He has given me really useful evaluations, and helpful stretches, and workouts to strengthen the muscles and improve my flexibility. He is very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 ! I recommend setting up an initial session and taking care of whatever concerns or body pain you have

Opus Physio has been, without question, the best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had. I came to Ki after working with two other physical therapists for persistent neck and upper back pain. A few months later, I developed hip pain as well. Each time, Ki took the time to fully understand my injuries and their underlying causes. At every session, he carefully checked my progress and adapted both the manual therapy and exercise plan so that I continued to gain strength, mobility, and confidence. The exercises he gave me between visits were manageable, effective, and tailored to my needs—never overwhelming. Thanks to his approach, my pain is completely gone, and I now have a solid set of exercises and stretches to prevent future issues. Scheduling and communication were seamless, and beyond that, Ki is simply exceptional at what he does. He’s deeply knowledgeable, genuinely invested in your health, and brings an approachable, positive energy that makes the hard work of recovery enjoyable. I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone seeking thoughtful, results-driven, and truly personalized care.

I’ve been working with Ki since August of 2025. I came to him with extremely bad sciatica in my left leg, going as far down as my foot. I have had chronic back pain my entire life, but this was a new pain caused by a herniation in my L4. I’m a 33 year old male, I play a lot of sports and love being active. This isn’t an exaggeration, but PT with Ki has completely changed my life. Not only has my sciatica completely diminished, but my 15+ years of severe and chronic back pain are reduced. I’ve tried everything from acupuncture, to injections, to yoga, to training, you name it. I think the thing that has finally clicked with Ki is actually quite simple. Finding movements that allow me to get my body stronger and more functional without triggering a pain response or injury. It’s required a lot of patience but I couldn’t be happy, and certainly couldn’t so it without Ki’s incredible guidance. I plan on continuing once a month with Ki indefinitely, and I’m happy to do so. Ki is extremely professional, kind, and considerate with your time.
