The entire team is incredible, especially Mark and Susan. Really happy with the work we've done so far. Susan approaches topics in a way that allows you to be fully vulnerable while keeping things light and comfortable. She's also got a great sense of humor. Mark is fantastic at connecting the dots, and seems genuinely passionate about wanting the best for you. He also sends you resources from things you've talked about after the fact, like podcasts/articles/ other materials. Really insightful group - I've recommended Open Space to many of my friends.
