I have been a patient of Cory’s for over 6 plus years and he has been so helpful in my healing and getting back to health. He absolutely keeps me mobile so I am able to walk. He is so knowledgeable, understanding and patient with me. I trust Cory explicitly when it comes to my health. Not only am I impressed with his work, but my husband (who has been a mechanic for 40 years), who doesn’t believe in chiropractors and anyone else in the medical field will go see Cory for a treatment. My 8 year old son had his first osteopathy treatment with Cory this morning. We felt welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. Cory is incredibly knowledgeable sharing a lot of information with my son and I to help us better understand the body, and took the time to truly understand our concerns. I have been seeing an Osteopath for 4 years (moved) and was referred to Cory through a friend. I specifically asked if Cory was taking on new patients and was assured that he was (he was not). They office told me I needed to do my initial assessment with someone else and then would be able to book subsequent treatments with Cory (which is obviously a red flag now that I look back). I went to the assessment, received treatment and then the office booked me follow-up appointments, without asking me, that were just emailed to me, that were not with Cory. Cory, wasn't taking new patients but the they don't want to lose business so they get you into their office under false pretenses and book you with other practitioners. I have all correspondence/proof in writing - so when they respond to this it would will be very easy to prove their unethical business practice. I asked for a refund, which was promised and never delivered. My insurance company is aware of this problem, and has assured me that nothing is needed other than Cory refunding my out-of-pocket amount and that there is no reason for the delay (Cory says the hold-up is him making sure everything is okay with my/his insurance). Cory has apologized, and made many excuses, but nothing has been resolved. It's been nearly 4 months and I still haven't received my refund nor has he answered any of my further emails for an update. Cory may be a great Osteopath, but his practices are not.
