After tearing both of my rotator cuffs and living with constant pain and injuries for over two years, I had reached the point where nothing seemed to work. The pain was affecting every part of my life—I was even considering stepping away from a job I loved and giving up working out altogether. A friend recommended JM, but I have to admit I was skeptical. I had tried so many different treatments and therapies, and nothing had given me lasting relief. I wasn’t convinced acupuncture would be any different. Thankfully, I was completely wrong. After just four treatments, I felt like a new person. And when I say “good as new,” I truly mean it. The difference was incredible. JM is a master at what he does—professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally skilled. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and his expertise is obvious from the moment you meet him. I jokingly call him my personal Jesus because the results were that life-changing for me. I can’t say enough good things about him and highly recommend him to everyone I meet. Everything is as you’d expect. Response to owner: I'm not saying I had a bad experience or anything. I got what I came for, smooth experience with no issues. I got everything I expected as a new patient. It doesn't mean I'll give a 5* review though. No point getting into how the rating system is straight garbage because people give 4*/5* by default, but 5* should be reserved for the best. A 3* is good, any patient coming here would be happy with the service. I will also continue coming here for my check ups. I know businesses don't like a 3* cause its seen as bad, but that's a commentary on how people don't know how to use/interpret scales.

Best clinic ever! Everyone is so kind, everyone. Alisha is next level for physio and an IMS genius. John Michael is next level for acupuncture, IMS and massage! I will follow them everywhere until they retire. Chiro here was amazing too but he did retire so I’ll try the new person and I assume they are also amazing! So thankful I found them right in my neighborhood.

Amazing experience! My neck was incredibly sore going in, and after my massage the pain was completely relieved. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit comfortable. I'll definitely be back!
