I’ve been getting my therapy at MedRehab Clinic and have had a really great experience so far. Amarjot, my physiotherapist, is very knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything properly. Supreet, the PTA, is also very helpful and caring during the sessions. Kulvir, the massage therapist, provides excellent treatment and always makes sure I’m comfortable. The front desk team, Jazz and Jaya, are friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time I visit. Overall, the whole team provides excellent service and genuinely cares about their patients. I’m very happy with my experience at MedRehab Clinic and would definitely recommend them.

I've experienced my second traumatic knee dislocation and i'd still be bedridden if it wasn't for Aqsa (PT), Surpreet & Jazz! These ladies have quite literally given me my quality of life back. I'm not 100% yet but I know stairs and driving aren't too far away... Aqsa is incredibly knowledgeable, has angelic healing hands, and everyones bedside manner and professionalism is top notch. I feel seen, heard, validated when I go there. The methods used are so restorative, what took me MONTHS to accomplish previously with other PT's in 2018 only took me a few weeks with MedRehab. You are welcomed by the lovely team at the front desk, who will go above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and assist with insurance inquiries without hesitation. Aqsa is fantastic! She has great energy, and takes the time to explain the treatment plan to benefit your overall health and success. She does some of exercises along with you to be sure you're comfortable with them. You come first, and she adjusts the treatment for you if needed. Aqsa and her assistant Supreet compliment each other well and that shows in their client care. MedRehab Georgetown is a wonderful clinic. They are all your biggest cheerleaders in your physiotherapy journey, which is appreciated more than they know.

I have been going to MedRehab Georgetown for about a month now and every appointment has been 10/10 The treatment I am receiving is greatly reducing my pain and increasing my quality of life. My physiotherapist Hema is skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. She teaches me stretches and exercises that I can fit into my workday - meaning they get done. Hema and her assistant make me feel welcome and safe. They always explain what they are doing and ask for consent before touching the more personal areas. The admin staff, especially Tiandra, are also very friendly and welcoming. They greet me when I enter and we have a little chat before my appointment. Tiandra is always warm and accommodating when setting up future appointments. She actively works with me to find times that work for me. I am very satisfied with the care and treatments I am receiving at MedRehab.

I have been coming here for several years and it’s been a great experience! Aqsa has seen me through many injuries for physio and it’s helped a lot! The front desk staff Jaya and jazz have always been great to deal with! Audrey is incredible for acupuncture as well, she really takes the time to listen and figure out root causes of your problems. I would highly recommend this place!
