Trish is a very caring, compassionate and committed therapist to her clients and her staff. She takes a genuine interest in the health and well-being of her clients and go above and beyond in her treatment to address their needs. Her team of therapists are very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended to anyone seeking help and guidance.

The Story Isn't Over has been a welcoming safe place for me to heal as I explore the traumas from my past and build experiences for the future. I have been a client of this clinic for well over a year and would recommended it to anyone looking for extra support on the journey through life. There are many therapist to choose from (I recommend reading their individual bios for what resonates most with you but if unsure, the staff is very dedicated in helping you find someone that is a good fit.) With covid different protocols were put in place which made me feel comfortable to come in office when possible, as well as the online booking system and virtual appointments have allowed me to flawlessly attend, even during the lockdowns and stay at home orders. In times of crisis, the staff ensures that you are looked after, (even if you had had no prior history with them). I have been in and out of many therapy clinics, and The Story Isn't Over has had a major positive effect on my life and I am extremely grateful I made the call to them.

Room is nicely decorating to bring comfort to clients. Location of office is great. High price for senior therapists (170 for 50 minutes), no packages or discounted rates. Excellent web portal to book appointments and see availability. They do offer virtual sessions and by phone. They do check in after a few months to see how you’re doing if you haven’t been in.
