I had an amazing massage experience with Liezel at the Glen Erin Mississauga branch. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, kind, and very attentive to my needs. She took the time to understand my problem areas and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Her technique is excellent—firm where needed and relaxing at the same time. I left feeling completely refreshed, relieved of tension, and well taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend Liezel to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate RMT. I will definitely be coming back!

I first met Cheyenne while casually walking in to inquire about a gift card, and her customer service alone convinced me to book on the spot. She was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel comfortable from the very first interaction. Honestly, her energy and attention to clients were so good that I ended up booking 3 times within the same week. I also have to mention Samantha, the masseuse, because she gave by far the best massage experience I’ve had so far. She was attentive, skilled, and knew exactly how to work out tension while still making the experience relaxing. You can genuinely tell she cares about what she does. Both Cheyenne and Samantha made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

My experience was average, perhaps even slightly below average. It wasn't terrible, but it certainly wasn't impressive enough for me to return. The biggest positive was the massage therapist, who was skilled and provided a good treatment. Unfortunately, the overall environment was not relaxing. I could clearly hear conversations from the reception area and other treatment rooms throughout my appointment, which made it difficult to fully unwind. I also found the quality of the bedsheets and blankets disappointing. They looked worn and aged, and the massage bed itself was not particularly comfortable. A spa should feel peaceful and inviting, and I think the facility would benefit from investing in better linens, more comfortable equipment, and improved soundproofing to create a truly relaxing atmosphere. Another inconvenience was the insurance process. I was told they do not work with Blue Cross, even though one of the reasons I chose this clinic was the expectation that they would bill insurance providers directly. It turns out they only offer direct billing for certain insurance companies, which was disappointing. Overall, while the massage therapist was excellent, the environment, comfort, and insurance limitations made the experience underwhelming. I won't be returning.
