Be prepared; the parking lot can be a bit crazy at times and you should wear comfortable clothes for appointments. They offer slippers if you need them, but I prefer to have my own.

If you are a good candidate for treatment, your caring physiotherapist or chiropractor will put together a personalized care plan so get back to doing what you love… The number of treatments required depends on your conditions and severity of your injury. You will know your care plan on day 1.
