I have a problem with the left frozen shoulder that causing pain and limited mobility for my left arm for months. I went to see Ravi Patel the Physiotherapist at Dundas427 Physiotherapy. After the first few visits, with Ravi expertise, caring nature, and patient I am very happy with the progress: lesser pain and better mobility for my left arm than before. All the staff at this location are super nice and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well organized. The online system make booking appointments quick and easy. They are highly skilled and, most importantly, never pushy. The front office is just as impressive—Ms. Lia (Clinic Manager) and Mr. Rahul (Receptionist) are friendly, professional, and make booking stress-free. I have been dealing with my shoulder pain for the past 3 years but when the pain became so severe that I was unable to move my arm, I decided to look for help. That is when I came to Dundas 427 Physiotherapy and saw Ravi Patel. Ravi was very meticulous and took time to assess my condition and explained my treatment plan. I highly recommend this clinic. I had been suffering from vertigo for several months and was advised by my GP to try vestibular physiotherapy. After just a couple of treatments the main symptoms of the vertigo were gone. It felt like a miracle. Ravi explained the treatment in a professional and comprehensive manner.
