Dr. Brian Garrett Chiropractic

For over 40 years, I have served the residents and people working in Downtown San Diego through my practice at Garrett Downtown Chiropractic. Much of my work has been referral-based, built on long-standing relationships and consistent, hands-on care. My focus is helping people move better, reduce pain, and maintain their health, whether they are managing daily work demands, recovering from injury, or seeking to stay active as they age. A Practical, Movement-Based Approach My care is rooted in Sports Kinesiology, which looks at how the body functions as a whole. Pain and injury often occur when muscles, joints, and the nervous system are no longer working together efficiently. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I emphasize restoring balance, coordination, and proper movement patterns.
