Highly recommend Dr. Ashraf Adib at Yorkdale Divine Spine! I came in with severe knee pain that prevented me from bending it properly. After taking X-rays, Dr. Adib explained the issue clearly and created a personalized treatment plan. In less than a month, my pain has gradually disappeared, and I feel much better. The clinic environment is incredibly clean, modern, and welcoming. A special thanks to Ms. Hiroshi at the front desk—her amazing hospitality, polite attitude, reminders and accommodating nature make every visit a pleasure!

I have absolutely loved my experience at Divine Spine. I am always greeted with warmth upon entering the space, and the treatment space is always prepared for me ahead of time. The waiting room is nicely decorated and organized with refreshments available. Dr. Ashraf is wonderful!! He is kind, personable and very professional. My occipital neck pain has made great strides and I have been adjusting to a new posture and way to move. Computerized chiropractic is the treatment that has resulted in the most long lasting benefits for me. My chronic tension has also dramatically reduced and I am now looking to strengthen my upper body without developing further pain and tension as used to be the case.

I’m writing this review 2 years later because it honestly took me that long to feel comfortable trying TMJ treatment again after my experience here. I originally came to this clinic for TMJ issues after being referred by my dentist. Even though the clinic was very far from me and each session cost $60 back then, I stayed committed because I had read/heard so many success stories. I ended up attending about 8 sessions hoping to see improvement. Unfortunately, I experienced very little to practically no relief. The sessions were around 30 minutes long, but the actual time spent working on my TMJ felt like less than 10 minutes, mostly involving a machine rather than hands-on treatment. Over time, it became financially difficult to continue, especially without seeing meaningful progress, so I stopped going. What finally pushed me to write this review is that I recently gained the confidence to try TMJ treatment again somewhere else. After only 4 sessions at a different chiro/physio clinic, I’ve already experienced a dramatic improvement in my pain and symptoms. It made me realize that effective treatment was possible all along. After my experience here, I genuinely thought I would have to live with TMJ pain permanently because of how little progress I made despite all the positive reviews I had seen. Sadly, that was not my experience at all.
