I don’t typically have a separate meeting with clients before their first massage session. The appointment length depends on the session they book. I recommend arriving about 10-15 minutes early if you’re coming in for a specific treatment-focused massage, or around 5-10 minutes early if it’s more for relaxation, mobility, or a one-time session.
I do not offer direct billing, so I do not require your insurance information. I only need your basic details, such as your name and address, in order to issue a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Your caring therapist will put together a personalized care plan if you’re a good candidate for treatment to get back to doing what you love.
The number of treatments required depends on your conditions and severity of injury. You will know your care plan on day 1.
