Physiotherapy

My son and I were referred to CareWell Health Group, and specifically, Khushboo Shah, Registered Physiotherapist, following an incident in which my son suffered an injury to his left knee resulting from a fall in the shower. From the time we walked in the door and met with Khush and her team, I knew we were in good hands. Khush listened intently to our concerns, completed a thorough examination, and carefully drew up a thorough treatment plan for my son. I was most impressed when Khush identified that my son's left leg was now slightly shorter than his right, and she encouraged us to seek additional medical imaging which revealed that my son had actually broken his left hip several months before when the when the original knee injury occurred. This came as quite the surprise to us, but as a result of Khush's thoroughness, and with the assistance of my son's family doctor, we were quickly admitted to McMaster Children's Hospital for surgery to repair the broken/dislocated hip.
