I have been seeing Dr. Moore for chiropractic needs for more than 10 years. Initially I was introduced to the CDI to help resolve disc problems in my back that resulted in numbness in both legs and a loss of balance that required the use of a cane. My options were back surgery or to find an alternative. After meeting Dr. Moore and his staff, I was introduced to his VAX-D therapy and I made the decision to forego surgery, hoping that this therapy could fix problems with multiple discs in my back. Slowly but steadily, through his care and the application of this VAX-D therapy, I regained the full use of both legs and no longer required the use of a cane. It's been several years since the completion of this therapy and I continue to enjoy life with no major challenges. I've continued to see him regularly for adjustments and I'm confident saying that I believe his care and services have helped to improve my overall health. The pain that I once experienced is no longer present. The need for any type of medication to assist with that pain isn't needed. Dr. Moore is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and gives me the confidence to know that, whatever the issue, he can help to minimize or eliminate the pain that I may be encountering. If you're looking to improve your overall wellness, Moore Chiropractic is the place to go. If you're experiencing problems with disc related injuries, I recommend that you at least consider VAX-D as a potential method for improvement. It worked for me, and gave me back the ability to enjoy life and not fear what I might have to deal with in the future. And as for the staff ... everyone that I've ever met, as part of his team, are welcoming, warm and friendly. Dr. Moore has definitely changed my life for the better.

I found Dr. Moore and Melissa through an web search. The Canadian Disc institute is genuine about getting you back to your best possible self. Dr. Moore will listen to what you feel your actual physical concerns are,His treatment plan will address them. You will feel “Heard” In my specific case I had tried everything from neurosurgeons, physiotherapy and osteopathy as well as other modalities. Dr. Moore is the only one who explained the root cause of my problem and has helped address it. Vax-D with chiropractic adjustment has made an extremely positive difference in my life. After 8 weeks of treatment, I have gone from spend 18-20 hours a day resting. I am starting to get the mind body connection back. Also being able to enjoy my family again. I was literally broken, now I am on the mend. Now I am able to be up and available throughout the day. Through out the rest of this process I expect to continue to see improvement, until I get back to my old self. I am starting to getting my life back!!!!

Dr. Moore is very professional. I can't say how amazing the vax-d table is. It's been only 10 treatments and I'm noticing differences where other chiropractors couldn't do. My hands are warming up again, my legs as well. In the morning, I am able to get out of bed without excruciating horrible pain. It's a wonderful experience. I fully recommend CDI.

I recently injured a disc in my lower back and was having difficulty walking, getting dressed, and simple regular activities of daily living. The pain was terrible. I knew of the Canadian Disc Institute, and they were one of my first calls. They were able to see me right away, and did a thorough consultation and explanation of the process. I began care right away, and have had a significant improvement in abilities and comfort. I've had 5 decompression treatments to date, so I'm just at the beginning of the process; but the changes are so encouraging. Thank you to the doctor and staff for great care and service.

Drove 8 hours to attend an appointment at the clinic with my husband. The secretary went and hid and refused to open the door. At least it wasn’t a complete waste of time because now we had the opportunity to speak to a former client that had done the same treatment my husband was going to be getting and had no success in the treatment along with another gentleman she knew of that had no success at all. This woman was there to get a receipt so she could claim the $8000 in treatments on her taxes, they apparently refused to send her a receipt via email and has been there multiple times before closing to get the receipt and they won’t provide it. Incredibly frustrated, disappointed and really feel like we just about got scammed. Tried calling the office multiple times, tried emailing AND called the emergency line several times to no avail. So angry.
