Hello and to who concern. I been going to Bolanos Associates for therapy for 5 sessions. At that facility from my experience I noticed that they have 2 great therapist. Their names are Shehzad and Adriana. Both of them knowledgeable easy going to do therapy and the way they carried themselves. I only have few bad experiences regarding scheduling. They need a better system to communicate with the patient. Also I had a bad experience with one of your therapist her name is Ana Fernández that I would rated 0 out of 5 stars. She's suoer rude and very unprofessional. Employees like that brings your business to the ground. Apparently the owner of the company needs to concentrate more in merit and customer service. DEI ( don't earn it) that doesn't work in the USA.

Ana Fernandez is the best therapist in the company. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. She truly helped me with my injury and now killing these weights at the gym! If you go to bolanos associates ask for Ana. She is the best.
