Manual Osteopathy
Manual Osteopathy is a hands-on therapy that focuses on relieving pain, restoring mobility, and improving overall health by addressing imbalances in the body’s structure. This natural, drug-free approach targets muscles, joints, fascia, and internal organs through gentle manipulations and mobilizations. It helps treat conditions like back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, and posture-related issues. Manual osteopaths assess and treat the root cause of discomfort, promoting better circulation, alignment, and function. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or seeking long-term relief, manual osteopathy offers a holistic solution tailored to your needs. Experience improved well-being with this safe and effective therapy.

Concussion/Whiplash
Concussion and whiplash are common injuries often resulting from car accidents, falls, or sports impacts. Concussions affect brain function, causing symptoms like headaches, dizziness, confusion, and memory issues. Whiplash involves neck strain from sudden head movement, leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. Early assessment and treatment are essential to manage symptoms and prevent long-term effects. Therapies may include manual therapy, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to support recovery. Whether mild or severe, concussion and whiplash should not be ignored. With the right care, most individuals can return to normal activities safely and effectively, restoring comfort and function over time.

Canine/Equine Manual Therapy
Canine and equine manual therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support overall well-being in dogs and horses. This therapy addresses issues in the muscles, joints, fascia, and spine through soft tissue techniques, mobilizations, and stretches. It’s ideal for animals recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, or needing performance support. By restoring balance and promoting natural movement, manual therapy helps enhance comfort, flexibility, and quality of life. Each session is tailored to the animal’s specific needs, making it a safe and effective option for both pets and performance animals. Support your animal’s health naturally.

I've been seeing Michelle for over 10 years through chronic back pain, pregnancies and every step. She's my first call when the back pain starts, and her gentle techniques have me back to pain-free function within hours. She is so skilled at MSK issues, organ work, and anxiety/headaches. Michelle is a wonderfully kind practitioner who is always learning and advancing her skills, fixing issues at the root. She's magical!!

Michelle is a mircle worker! Went from prescription meds to sleep and function with a chronic back issue to pain free and no mobility issues after 90 mins with Michelle! She is the best at what she does, I've tried a few Osteopaths and won't see anyone but Michelle!
