Although I wasn't a patient myself, I had the opportunity to see the team at Alpine Physical Therapy in action, and I was very impressed. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and treated patients with genuine kindness and respect. The therapists took time to listen, explain treatments clearly, and encourage patients throughout their recovery. It was easy to see the positive relationships they build and the level of care they provide. The clinic has a professional yet comfortable atmosphere that helps people feel at ease. Based on what I observed, I would confidently recommend Alpine Physical Therapy to anyone seeking quality rehabilitation services.

Alpine Physical Therapy has been AMAZING to work with!!! My therapist was Carlos. He was extremely knowledgable about shoulder replacements and all the intricacies. He was so kind and friendly and made my visits enjoyable! I’ve had physical therapy a couple other times and I felt like I was just pushed through each exercise with 3 or 4 other people. Therapy here is one-on-one for each visit, which makes recovery quicker. The facility is a gorgeous new gym in Alpine with everything you could possibly ask for in a gym! I recommend Alpine Physical Therapy 110%!!! Thanks Carlos!

Alpine PT is excellent. Everything is super clean and welcoming, and the front desk staff is so nice. The therapists here know their stuff and genuinely care about getting you better. They don't just throw random treatments at you—they take the time to explain every exercise, answer all your random questions, and constantly tweak your routine as you make progress. Everyone there makes you feel super supported. Whether you're trying to bounce back from a surgery, a sports injury, or just dealing with annoying chronic pain, they’ve got you covered. Highly recommend them if you want actual results, they're the best.

I've been dealing with lower back pain for years, and it eventually started radiating into my hip and knee. Within just a couple of weeks of starting at Alpine Physical Therapy, I noticed a huge improvement. My therapist took the time to understand my specific needs, adjusted my treatment as I progressed, and gave me the tools to continue improving on my own. I'm back to doing things I didn't think I'd be able to do this soon. Highly recommend Alpine Physical Therapy to anyone looking for knowledgeable, personalized, and supportive care.

Alpine Physical Therapy combines traditional rehabilitation methods with a progressive, performance oriented approach. Patients are guided through movement screening and gradually advanced into light resistance training to restore strength and mobility. Each treatment plan is designed with the goal of returning individuals to normal daily activities and full physical function. The facility itself is elite level, featuring modern, high-quality equipment and recovery-focused amenities such as a sauna, cold plunge, and red light panels. These resources boost recovery and general wellness. In summary, Alpine PT emphasizes restoring function, improving movement quality, and helping patients feel capable, confident, and active in everyday life.
