Better Care, Better Health

Very disappointing experience. I was charged $112 + GST for a one-hour massage, which I found to be far too expensive for the quality of service I received. The massage itself was very poor and did not feel professional or worth the price. I left feeling like I had wasted my money. I was also surprised to learn they charge around $80 for a 30-minute massage. In my experience, many other massage clinics charge around $90 for a full one-hour session, making their pricing seem unreasonable and poor value. What frustrated me the most was the explanation about the cost. When I asked why the charge was so high, I was told it was because I had a deductible. After reviewing my insurance coverage that explanation didn't match my understanding and I felt I wasn't given a clear or honest explanation. Overall, I felt overcharged and disappointed with the entire experience. There are many other clinics that provide much better massages, fairer pricing and better customer service. I will never go back to this clinic again and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality massage therapy or transparent pricing.

I had such a good experience here, Supreena was kind, welcoming, and professional, which I really appreciated. I genuinely felt so comfortable the whole time. She took the time to listen to me, ask what I was comfortable with, and made sure the pressure wasn’t too much. The whole appointment felt really relaxing and I never felt awkward or uncomfortable at all. You can tell Supreena actually cares about making sure you have a good experience and isn’t just trying to rush through the appointment. I left feeling sooo much better, way more relaxed, and like so much tension had been taken off my body; all the spots that were bothering me felt fixed. Definitely felt taken care of from start to finish, I would 100% come back such a good experience overall. Thanks Supreena!

Had a really good experience here. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. They explained what they were doing, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I left feeling a lot better than when I came in. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Accelerated Back and Neck Rehab Centre on McPhillips! Ilyn was absolutely incredible — very knowledgeable, professional, and gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. You can really tell she knows exactly what she’s doing and truly cares about helping you feel better. The clinic itself is very clean and welcoming. Mia at the front desk is also wonderful — so friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better from the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this clinic and especially Ilyn if you’re looking for a great massage and excellent care!
