I have found 3D PT to be an excellent place to rehab from hip replacement. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they have lots of equipment. I generally have the same physical therapist every visit, and Rachel has been excellent. When I have needed a different person because of scheduling, they always seem up to date on my status and equally professional. I can easily recommend 3D.

My experience at 3D physical therapy is going exceptionally well. My physical therapist, Lesley Loudmar "LL" is truly making a difference in my recovery. When I first started treatment, my back pain was at a constant 7 out of 10 and affecting my daily life. Thanks to his expertise, personalized approach, and consistent encouragement, my pain level is now down to a 2-3. This office took the time to understand my condition, explained each exercise clearly, and make sure I am progressing safely while still challenging me. I’m now moving better, feeling stronger, and able to get back to my normal routine with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend "LL" to anyone dealing with pain or looking for a knowledgeable and caring physical therapist.

This place has a great vibe for PT! All staff and therapists greet every client, incredibly friendly environment. My Pelvic Floor PT, Dr. Arndt was amazing. She listens to all the details then creates a game plan to help fix your issues and that also fits your wellness goals, she's also fun. I was impressed from the start, and I am picky. TBH, my initial draw to 3D PT was that they take insurance, which is rare for PFPT, but it was exactly where I needed to be. I gained strength and confidence and met the goals that we set at the start of the treatment journey and everything added as we went along. Can't recommend Dr. Arndt and 3D PT enough!
