What are you or your family member doing to help fix your lower back pain? There are reasons why you are in pain, and you do not need medications, injections or surgery to fix them.
Pain, stiffness and injury come from our body moving, putting stress on the joints, muscles and tendons. Over time if not treated, these structures can become sore, overworked, and stiff.
Our body makes up of 3 types of patterns, primal, adaptive, and movement.
Let’s break down these patterns so you can understand.
Our primal pattern is our factory setting, the way our body moves in an ideal world…
But that pattern changes due to outside factors at a very young age.
Our adaptive pattern is how our body adapts to our environment. The body adapts to trauma (physical or mental), lifestyle choices, nutrition and anything that could affect the body.
But if those adaptations become chronic (long-lasting), that’s when we have pain, stiffness and injury.
The last is the movement pattern, the adaptive patterns you have accumulated over your life span.
It’s about identifying those patterns and returning ourselves to our primal pattern.
