You can expect a relaxed (not rushed) appointment with adequate time for your physiotherapist to get to know you, your ailments, history, goals, and how we can best help you.
This is followed by a detailed assessment, explaining and helping you understand the findings of the assessment, and working with you to create a plan.
Your physiotherapist will review and practice any exercises they recommend with you and will create a comprehensive program for you to do at home. You will review this program together and after your appointment, your therapist will film videos covering all of the exercises in your program to set you up for success at home.
Longevity Physical Therapy is proud to offer full one-hour assessment and follow-up appointments to our clients. Shorter appointments are also available as needed.
Please bring comfortable or loose clothing that allows for comfortable movement and any pertinent medical records (surgical reports, MRI, other imaging, etc.).

The number of treatments required depends on your conditions and severity of your injury. You will know your care plan on day 1.
